Battlin' Biff Buffo is the main antagonist of the Goof Troop episode "Max-imum Protection".
When Chainsaw takes something belonging to Pete, he calls for security, in which he hires Biff and his men to set up a security system. When they do, they ensure him and his wife Peg (who had her doubts about needing the system) that everything would work like a charm.
