William John "Bill" Scott (August 2, 1920 - November 29, 1985) was an American voice actor, writer, and producer for animated cartoons, primarily associated with Jay Ward and UPA, as well as one of the founding members of ASIFA-Hollywood. He was best known for voicing Bullwinkle J. Moose, Mr. Peabody, Dudley Do-Right, and Fearless Leader on The Adventures of Rocky and Bullwinkle and Friends.
Towards the end of his career, Scott voiced Moosel on The Wuzzles and Gruffi Gummi and Toadwart in the first season of Adventures of the Gummi Bears, the latter of which reunited him with his Rocky and Bullwinkle co-star June Foray.
