Buffy Ratzkiwatzki is an antagonist who appeared in the Chip 'n Dale Rescue Rangers episode "Out of Scale". She is the daughter of the crime lord Ratso Ratzkiwatzki, who brings her the Arts Museum and General Fogerty's statue, shrunken by Professor Norton Nimnul's Gigantico Gun. Chip and Dale are captured and brought to her, and she uses them as her pets.
