Chef Arnie

Chief Arnie is a villain in the Chip 'n Dale Rescue Rangers comic story arc "Coast to Coast", specifically in the first installment, "Crazy Crocs and the Catastrophe Cookhouse". He is the chef who runs the aptly-named Catastrophe Cookhouse, which hardly ever gets business due to the poor quality of the chili he cooks.
