After crashing the Rad Rod at the end of the previous issue's chapter, Max and P.J. ask Goofy to repair it for them before Pete finds out. He fortunately does, but Pete still has a problem dealing with the crowd of kids at his car lot who wanted to see Rad Rat.
In a wordless one-page short, Max and P.J. try to fly a kite.
