Notes[]
This issue also included reprints of the Carl Barks-illustrated story "The Whole Herd of Help" (which is labeled as a DuckTales story for some reason) and the Grandma Duck 1-page gag "The Willing Model", drawn by Tony Stobl.
Throughout "The Crown Jewels Affair", Webby continually refers to Mrs. Beakley by name rather than addressing her as "Grammy" like she usually does. While this is likely a mistake, a fan letter from Laurita Martinez (printed in issue #7) suggested that this is actually Webby trying to be the "fourth nephew", as stated in her description in the first issue.
Reprint history[]
"Flights of Fancy" was reprinted in the following publications:
Uncle Scrooge Adventures in Color Van Horn Special #1
Walt Disney Treasures - Disney Comics: 75 Years of Innovation
