J. Gander Hooter

Director J. Gander Hooter is the director of S.H.U.S.H. on Darkwing Duck. He is depicted as very well spoken and smart. He regards Darkwing very highly and often calls him in on cases, much to the protest of his top agent Vladimir Gryzlikoff.
