Leech is a minor antagonist in Goof Troop. He is a teenage bully who only appears in two episodes.

Personality

Leech is a typical delinquent who enjoys harassing others, especially people younger than himself. Whenever his victim tries to stand up to him, he just takes more of his belongings. However, if the person is already miserable, as in Goofy's case, he will dub it as "too easy". But in others cases, if somebody stands a chance against him, he will cower in fear and apologize.

Leech is also a small time criminal who always shoplifts from a dollar store. He even attempted to steal from a vending machine. But whenever his attempts are foiled, or if he is interrupted from his enjoyment, he gets infuriated, and intimidates the meddler. When he was close to getting caught with expensive perfume, he entrusted it to the first people he could find until he came back to get it. But if somebody tries to stop him, he will stop at nothing until he gets what he wants, even going as far as attacking people who get in his way, even if they are younger; and if the thing he is after is destroyed, he will threaten his enemies. He is also not afraid to put his wrong doings onto others if it means he avoids going to prison.

Abilities

Leech is shown to be physical strong for a teenager, since he kicked Pete so hard, he sent him flying into a security manager and when he hurled Max and P.J. into a pile of bandages. He is also very persistent when fighting kids younger than himself, since neither boy could defeat him, even when working together. He is also a skilled thief as he avoided getting caught by an elderly woman after stealing a lollipop from a baby and snuck various items into his pockets without being noticed.

Role in the series

He appears in the syndicated episode "Buddy Building", when he has just returned a kid's bike and hastily kicks it down infront of him. Then he goes to bully someone else. He sees Goofy walking by, trapped in a chair and Leech dubs it as too easy. Then he sees Max and P.J. playing with a Frisbee and decided to pick on them. He trips P.J. and takes the Frisbee away from him, and P.J. demanded he give it back, but Leech refused. So P.J. tried standing up for himself saying he still had his visor, so Leech took his visor and his shirt. P.J. tried standing up himself more, trying to think of what he had left, and then Max showed up to stop Leech, but Leech tied both boys to a tree. Unfortunately for him, he was stopped by Coop Hatchback who made him apologize and sent him flying off a tree branch.

He later appears in "Maximum Insecurity" as the main antagonist. He tries to steal a soda from a vending machine with a coin on a string, but P.J. runs into him, breaking the string. Leech is angry, and scares P.J. off, telling him he owes him. Max crashes into him shortly after he started drinking his soda, causing him to spill it. Leech is infuriated that Max made him spill his drink, and Max just collects the empty can and runs away from him out of fear. Later that day, he takes candy from a baby and then sneaks into a dollar store and starts shoplifting from it. One of things he stole was a bottle of expensive perfume. Once he was done, he planned on selling every item for a lot of money.

When he walked out of the store he is run into by Max and P.J. once again. He leaves them with the bottle after swiping their tickets they got after earning enough money from recycling cans. He warns them not to get caught with it and escapes from the cops. When Max goes to bed, Leech appears in his dream, thanking him for taking the fall for him, and tells it's the first day of living the rest of his life in prison. This frightened Max, and even more after he and P.J. lost the bottle. The boys managed to get the bottle before Leech entered Pete's backyard.

Leech thanks them for holding the bottle for and tried to take it back, but Max realizes what he was up to and demanded that he give the bottle back. Leech refused and threatened to hurt the boys. Then a battle for the tickets and the perfume breaks out which ends with the bottle being broken. Leech tells Max it was going to cost him, but Max told him he was broke. At that, Leech threatened to hurt him.

While Max and P.J. attempt to sneak the bottle back into the store, they try to open the glass case, but Leech opens it up for then when they fail, and takes back the bottle. But Max refused to let him have it, then another battle starts, with Leech having the upper hand. Suddenly, the chief of police arrives and arrests Leech. When Leech attempts at avoiding prison by placing in someone else's hands, it all ends with Max telling the chief that Leech stole it and he was trying to give it back. Leech is then dragged into the police car and driven away while he tries to explain it was a misunderstanding.

Trivia

• In A Goofy Movie, Max wears similar sunglasses to his when he dressed as Powerline.
• It could be implied that he first met Max and P.J. in "Buddy Building" from the way P.J. called him "man", and being known for stealing lunch money in "Maximum Insecurity".
• He is similar to Duke, who antagonized Max and P.J. for attempting to eat at Burger Behemoth. Despite their different intentions, neither of them go to Spoonerville Junior High School. Although it is likely that each of them went to Spoonerville High School.
