Madame Zeldarina is a one-off character who only appears in the Goof Troop episode "Rally Round the Goof".
Powers and abilities[]
Being a fortune teller, Madame Zeldarina looks into her crystal ball and can tell what the source of one's bad luck, like Pete's money that he kept with him. She can also tell what others are thinking and knew that Goofy could bring Pete good luck, despite the mishaps Goofy usually causes him.
Role in the episode[]
She first appears when Pete shows up. She tells him the bad luck was coming from his money.
