Mandy

Mandy is a friend of the Rescue Rangers.

Whenever her kitten Spunky goes missing, they help her to find it.

Mandy first appeared in "Catteries Not Included". She is also mentioned in the Chip 'n Dale Rescue Rangers NES game.
