Moe "Fingers" McFee is a one-off character in Goof Troop who only appears in "Hallow-Weenies". He is a ghost band leader who was cursed to haunt the Spoonerville Mansion until being freed.
Background[]
At the time when he was still living, he became a musician along with his two colleagues and formed a band with them. They all wanted to play for the common people, but were never invited to play anywhere. Once he and his band were at the Spoonerville Mansion, he was caught in an explosion due to "a load of Halloween corn" fermenting. As a result, he became a ghost and was forced to haunt the mansion for 63 years until he was officially invited by the owner to play.
Powers and abilities[]
While he was still alive, Moe was an accomplished musician, highly skilled at playing the piano as well as other instruments. Even after his death, he retained his musical talent.
As a ghost, he gained the natural abilities of being one, such as flight and intangibility. He even had the power to conjure up objects and enter into places where nobody would usually be able to enter, such as paintings.
Role in the episode[]
He is brought along by his fellow band colleagues to scare two visitors. Then he soon encounters Max and P.J. who eventually trap him and his friends in bubbles. When Pete tried to force him and his friends out, they explained that they couldn't leave since they were not invited to play and died because of some incident on Halloween. When Max suggested he could play now, Moe said they needed to be invited by the owner, which happened to be Pete. When he and his band finally got to play at the hotel, they were freed from the mansion once the ghost bus came. To show his gratitude, he gave both Max and P.J. their own instrumental tubes and told the boys that he would miss them and finally heads on to the afterlife.

- It is unknown if "Fingers McFee" was his whole nickname and if McFee was only part of his nickname.
