Mopalong Goofy is a character from Goof Troop. He is one of Goofy's ancestors who star in "Gunfight at the Okie-Doke Corral".
History[]
According to Goofy, he came to Dodge Ball City where he became the new janitor. There he met Fester Swollen. Despite his good cleaning skills, he had poor eyesight that could not be reversed. Dr. Eyesore had taken notice of this, but Mopalong stubbornly refused to get glasses as he said the same thing one of his descendants would say in years to come. Soon, he was made the new sheriff by Mayor Baba.
