"The Land of Trala La" is the seventy-sixth episode of DuckTales. It is an adaptation of the Uncle Scrooge comic book story "Tralla La" by Carl Barks.
Synopsis[]
When Scrooge develops an unnatural ailment, Fenton takes him to Trala La, a utopia where money isn't used. But Fenton's plan backfires when he gets the locals to use bottlecaps as currency.
Trivia[]
- Toon Disney's reruns of this episode cut out most of the scenes of Scrooge drinking his nerve medicine (though the occurrence where he drinks the medicine right before dropping the bottle cap into Trala La was oddly left in), as well as the scene where Fenton and Scrooge use said medicine to create an explosion in order to get Launchpad's attention.
