Teressa Claire "Tress" MacNeille (née Payne; born June 20, 1951) is an American voice actress who is well-known for her various roles in numerous animated television shows and films. Some of her well known roles include Babs Bunny from Tiny Toon Adventures, Dot Warner from Animaniacs, Charlotte Pickles from Rugrats and All Grown Up!, Mom from Futurama, and Agnes Skinner and other various characters on The Simpsons.
On the Disney Afternoon, she was known for voicing Chip, Gadget Hackwrench, and Lady Bane in various Disney Afternoon shows. She has also been the official voice of Daisy Duck since 1999 and has also voiced other characters in numerous Disney projects, including Anastasia Tremaine in the Cinderella sequels, the Queen of Hearts in House of Mouse, and several of Stitch's cousins in Lilo and Stitch: The Series.
